By accessing or using SecureScorecard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of SecureScorecard, including free, Full Report, Pro, and White Label plan users.

SecureScorecard is an automated domain security scanning tool that performs passive reconnaissance on publicly available domain data including DNS records, SSL certificates, HTTP headers, and blacklist databases. Our scans are entirely non-intrusive and do not involve any form of active exploitation, penetration testing, or unauthorized access to systems.

You agree to use SecureScorecard only for lawful purposes. You may scan: - Domains you own or operate - Domains you have explicit written permission to scan - Publicly accessible domains for legitimate security research or due diligence purposes You may NOT use SecureScorecard to: - Scan domains with malicious intent - Attempt to circumvent or abuse our scanning infrastructure - Resell or redistribute scan results without a White Label subscription - Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Full Report purchases are one-time payments of $49 per report. Pro and White Label plans are billed monthly. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

SecureScorecard is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all security vulnerabilities or that the results will be 100% accurate. Our automated scans are a starting point for security assessment, not a replacement for professional penetration testing or a comprehensive security audit.

SecureScorecard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of SecureScorecard are owned by SecureScorecard and are protected by intellectual property laws. White Label subscribers may brand reports with their own logo and colors but may not claim ownership of the underlying scanning technology or report format.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
